This hotel provides great customer service. the staff at reception are friendly and helpful, and the women who prepare breakfast and do housekeeping are kind and attentive. the hotel is in a great location, with plenty of attractions and places to eat nearby. the rooms are nicely decorated, and the Wi-Fi is reliable.
The hot water in some of the shower rooms may be unavailable.

We enjoyed a nice breakfast and the staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel was also conveniently located near some key landmarks. The Wi-Fi was good and we were able to keep in touch with our family.
We had issues with hot water during our stay which was unpleasant, especially given the chilly weather. The internet connection wasn't always the most reliable and it took some effort to get it sorted.

The breakfast was decent, and the staff who prepared it were friendly. the location of the hotel was convenient for my business trip, and the room was clean and tidy.
The hot water in the shower was nonexistent, making it an uncomfortable experience to take a shower. the Wi-Fi connection was spotty and unreliable, which made it difficult to get any work done.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff, from reception to the women who prepared breakfast and did housekeeping, were extremely friendly and made me feel at home. They were always attentive and had a smile on their faces. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and served with kindness.
